Detroit 300: Vigilantes -VS- Villains in Detroit

There is a new force taking the streets of Detroit by storm, “Detroit 300″ community patrol group. The crime-fighting vigilantes of Detroit include multitudes of outraged citizens of all races, ages, and areas of the metropolitan population, all bonded by one common ground, to no longer be held hostage in their own neighborhoods.

Founder Raphael Johnson a well-known television personality on the Maury Povich Show and reformed criminal himself is no stranger to the streets or criminals running them in the Detroit, Michigan area. Unlike many other fed up citizens, Johnson vowed to stand up and make a difference by making an effort! Instead of just sitting back and complaining or report the criminal activities going on in the city, Johnson decided to personally hit the streets and help apprehend the villains terrorizing the local citizens. After a few phone calls to some influential acquaintances Johnson formed the Detroit 300. His co-founders Pulitzer Prize winner, radio personality Angelo Henderson, and 25 year community activist Malik Shabazz used their influential voices to turn Johnson’s vision into reality.

Armed with over 1600 citizens equipped with bullhorns, two-way radios and boisterous, frustrated voices, Detroit 300 hit the neighborhoods of Detroit daily with the intent to take back the control of their streets from the criminals. The determined group search door- to- door with pictures of suspects’ accused of various heartless crimes in the city including murder, rape and felonious assaults on our seniors.

With a vengeance the Detroit 300 look high and low until enough information has been collected to help the police department apprehend the individuals in question. A 100% success rate has proved there is finally a connection between the citizens and authorities of Detroit. Giving birth to a new positive meaning behind the word S.N.I.T.C.H, instead of frowned upon as breaking a code of silence, its viewed as “Somebody Needs Information That Could Help”, a motto that fuses the members of Detroit 300.

Detroit 300, a creation out of rage and frustration of concerned citizens continue to patrol the streets of Detroit with a vengeance to help capture the heartless criminals of the city. Raphael Johnson can rest assure knowing that Detroit 300 will be known for its perseverance and determination just as the Spartan 300 which Johnson named the group after, rightfully so, because of the historical battle of the 300 Spartan soldiers who took a stance against the limitless Persian army and inspired other city- states to stand up and take back their territory.
