Insomnia Cookies: Scrumptiously Sweet

“Cookies! I love my cookies!” That is something Cookie Monster might say. And who would not say that? They are chocolatey, warm, soft, and chewy. They certainly hit the spot when you’re craving for some sweets. Oh! If only when you want a cookie, but do not want to go out to buy them or bake them. If only they can be ordered and delivered to you! Well, they can be and that is where Insomnia Cookies come to save the day! Insomnia Cookies (https://www.facebook.com/insomniacookies/) is a bakery chain that is acknowledged for their late night deliveries. The cookies are not too small, but I would say about the right size. Insomnia Cookies have a wide variety of cookies to choose from and business hours are from 11AM to 3AM. The first time I had Insomnia Cookies was in Philadelphia, and I was told that it was only in Philadelphia where you can get them. However, imagine my surprise when I found out that there is an Insomnia Cookies bakery here in Orlando, Florida. I was the happiest person in the world that day.

On their menu, they have traditional cookies such as chocolate chunk, M&M, sugar, double chocolate chunk, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter chip, snickerdoodle, double chocolate mint, and white chocolate macadamia nut. Those are just the traditional cookies. They also have deluxe cookies that are a triple chunk, s’mores, and chocolate peanut butter cup. If those choices are not enough for you, they have the brownie, cookie, and deluxe a la mode’s, which comes with ice cream on top of either of them. But if that does not fill your tummy up they have cookie cakes that come with one of twelve different cake messages. Now all of it sounds so delicious and mouth-watering that I could go for more than one, so it is a good thing that Insomnia Cookies has deals were you can either have The Six Pack ( six traditional cookies), The Sugar Rush ( twelve traditional cookies), The Major Rager (eighteen traditional cookies, and The B.M.O.C (twenty-four traditional cookies). If you need or want more cookies than those deal offers, then Insomnia Cookies also offers Bulk Deals consisting of fifty, one hundred, two hundred, and three hundred cookies! Now three hundred cookies, that would be an amazing gift to receive or give.

Insomnia cookies first started out in a college dorm room, which I just found that out thanks to Insomnia Cookies website where they have their story posted on their page. So it is a little history of how this late night bakery came to be. It would explain maybe where they got the name insomnia from since college is a world of late night studying or at times partying with your friends. However, that is just me guessing, for I am not sure what the origin is behind the name. But it is a good thing they are insomniacs, because when those late night cravings hit or midnight snacking comes around Insomnia Cookies are there for you. Something else I found out and I find is a blessing sent from heaven above is that in most of their locations they deliver ice cream, so now one would not even need to drive somewhere for it. The best part is it can come with cookies, cake, or brownies if you order that with it. Also, these magnificent cookies are not delivered cold but they are delivered warm and ready right to your doorstep or job. Also, they come to the rescue when you need sweets whether it is for a wedding, meeting at work, holiday parties, or any other sort of event. Also, let us say you forgot to get your friend a birthday gift or it is your anniversary, in which you either forgot to get a gift or do not know what to give your loved one: well, Insomnia Cookies are able to be shipped! You can either have it shipped to someone, yourself, or have an order placed to be picked up at the bakery. As for locations, they have locations here in Florida at University Blvd in Orlando, soon in Downtown Orlando, Miami Beach, and Tallahassee Florida. But they have locations in other states too. On their website, they have an interactive map where you can click on your state to see if you are one of the lucky ones living near an Insomnia Cookies Bakery. Anyhow, Insomnia Cookies Bakery rocks my socks off! I believe it would rock anyone's socks off. Especially those that are cookie fanatics or have little cookie monsters of their own. Honestly, the best part of having your cookies delivered to you is that- 1. You do not have to waste gas to go out to some store to get cookies. 2. Instead of getting cookies that are just packaged and not freshly made with Insomnia Cookies you get a freshly made, warm cookie or cookies. And 3. Instead of stopping what you are doing whether it is homework, work from your job, or having some quality time with your family you do not have to stop right in the middle to go to a store that is far away and you do not have to wait in a line.
