St. Augustine Distillery: What the Buzz is all About

Recently I have visited St. Augustine, Florida. If you are looking for a getaway from the mainstream life of shopping malls, Disney, Universal and more St. Augustine is the place. However, that is not all if you are looking for some nice beers and other alcohol they have a distillery there called St. Augustine Distillery. Now this distillery is not like your average distillery this one has grown and flourished thanks to its community. They are still a young distillery and they began with just two types of spirits. Now they offer four varieties; gin, vodka, rum, and bourbon. The vodka is not made with potatoes, like vodka typically is made. Instead, it is made with sugar cane. I will not spoil the rest. You have to take the free tour yourself. The tour last for twenty

minutes and after that you have twenty minutes to taste the four varieties of alcohol in cocktails, made with Saint Augustine Distillery’s very own signature mixers. And then you have a chance to try all four neat style. So you might just have a little buzz after the whole experience.

Moreover, before you go in for the tour you have some time in the room where the entrance is to read on St. Augustine Distillery history. Not only, do you get to taste the magic that they make but you get to understand why St. Augustine Distillery is not like your ordinary distillery's. Honestly, learning about the distillery and than walking through it makes you feel that the world is not just a big business but that there are people and business that care about people and the community
